The ECC is for the rezoning of Erf 3522 from Single Residential 1 to Local Business with a bulk factor of 2. This change will allow the development of 39 residential units, along with garages and parking spaces. The current zoning only allows one dwelling unit on the erf, which does not meet the growing demand for housing in Walvis Bay. The rezoning will allow better use of the land, support urban densification, and align with local planning goals.
