260302007113 - PROPOSED CONTINUED OPERATIONS OF THE EXISTING LUDERITZ BAY SERVICE STATION IN LUDERITZ, //KHARAS REGION

The ECC application is for the continued operations of the fuel retail facility. This is done in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012. In addition, Manica Group Namibia (Pty) Ltd as the parent company intends to have the ECC previously issued to Luderitz Bay Shipping & Forwarding (Pty) Ltd, transferred into the name of Manica Group Namibia (Pty) Ltd.

Commenting of the public on this project will expire at 12h00 on the 2026-03-20
