The development includes the construction of internal public roads and the installation of bulk municipal infrastructure, including water supply pipelines and sewer reticulation. The development covers approximately 15.2 hectares (152,000 m²) and will create approximately 239 erven.

• Copies of the minutes of any meetings held by the proponent with interested and affected parties and other role players which record the views of the participants
