260408007283 - PROPOSED CONTINUED OPERATION OF GM SERVICE STATION IN ONYAANYA, OSHIKOTO REGION

The ECC application is for the proposed continued operations of the site. The site was previously operated by Total Namibia (Pty) Ltd, however GM Service Station CC has since taken the site over. GM Service Station CC as the proponent and current operator intends to have the ECC previously issued to Total Namibia (Pty) Ltd, transferred into its name. The application is done in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.

Commenting of the public on this project will expire at 12h00 on the 2026-05-13

• CV of Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP)
• Declaration for the Submission of Assessment Reports and other Support Documents (upload Declaration Form from www.eia.meft.gov.na (downloads)
• Proof of written notice to the owners and occupiers of land adjacent to the site where the activity is or is to be undertaken or to any alternative site
• Proof of written notice to the local authority council, regional council and traditional authority, in which the site or alternative site is situated; and consent obtained
• Upload proof of payment (Revenue Stamps)
