The Environmental Clearance Certificate is required for the renewal and continued operation of an existing fuel storage facility and truck port on a portion of Erf 6150 in Walvis Bay, as the previously issued certificate has expired and the activity is listed under the Environmental Management Act, No. 7 of 2007.
