260122006927 - PROPOSED CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE EXISTING KALAHARI PADSTAL AGRIMARK FUEL RETAIL FACILITY IN OMAHEKE REGION

The fuel retail facility was constructed 2 years ago; however the proponent has no record of an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the site. As a result, the proponent seeks to submit an application for an ECC, in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations.

Commenting of the public on this project will expire at 12h00 on the 2026-03-10
