260121006922 - PROPOSED CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE EXISTING GOBABIS AGRIMARK FUEL RETAIL FACILITY IN GOBABIS, OMAHEKE REGION

Gobabis Agrimark fuel retail facility has been in operation for over 10 years, however the proponent has no record of an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the site. As a result, the proponent seeks to submit an application for an ECC, in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations.
