260121006913 - PROPOSED CONTINUED OPERATION OF THE EXISTING ONDANGWA EXPRESSMARK FUEL RETAIL FACILITY IN ONDANGWA, OSHANA REGION

Ondangwa Expressmark fuel retail facility has been in operation for over 8 years, however the proponent has no record of an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) for the site. As a result, the proponent seeks to submit an application for an ECC, in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations.

Commenting of the public on this project will expire at 12h00 on the 2026-03-10

• Proof of written notice to the local authority council, regional council and traditional authority, in which the site or alternative site is situated; and consent obtained
