To Renew the ECC no. 00945 Issued on the 5th of October 2020 and expired on the 5th of October 2023 for the Subdivision of Erf 62, Rehoboth Extension 1 into 12 Erven and Remainder and subsequent creation of a 13-meteer street. The renewed ECC will enable the owner to submit the subdivision and rezoning application to the Urban and Regional Planning Board and complete the project. The owner was unable to complete the project in time before the expiry due to a lack of funds.

Commenting of the public on this project will expire at 12h00 on the 2026-02-25

• Proof of written notice to any other organ of state having jurisdiction in respect of any aspect of the activity;
• Copies of the minutes of any meetings held by the proponent with interested and affected parties and other role players which record the views of the participants
• Copies of any representations, objections and comments received in connection with the application or the scoping report
