The owner intends to obtain office/business rights to permit the redevelopment of the site into an office/business for the renting and hiring of cars (Sea Breeze Car Hire CC). The short-term intention is to use part of the current dwelling unit and ancillary outbuildings for office space, henceforth the application for consent for home-based business. The long-term intention is to convert the entire “existing dwelling” and outbuildings and develop a new office and business premises on the site once the rezoning application has been finalized.

Commenting of the public on this project will expire at 12h00 on the 2025-07-09
