The proposed township establishment on Portions 26 and 27 of the Remainder of Farm Oniipa Town and Townlands No. 1164 to ensure that the development complies with Namibia’s environmental laws and regulations. The ECC will assess and mitigate potential environmental impacts, especially in relation to activities within or near watercourses, and ensure that the construction of public roads, pipelines, and bulk infrastructure is carried out sustainably.
