The project involves bulk infrastructure construction through the new township establishment in Eenhana. Due to the construction of bulk infrastructure (roads, water, sewer, and electrical networks), an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) is required to comply with the Environmental Management Act (EMA) No. 7 of 2007 and the EIA Regulations of 2012.
