250312005518 - ECC RENEWAL FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE UUKWANGULA FILLING STATION AT UUKWANGULA, OSHANA REGION

The original environmental clearance certificate (ECC) for the development was issued in June 2017. The project was however delayed due to financial constraints. The proponent intends to commence with development of the project. The ECC renewal application is done in order to comply with the requirements of the Environmental Management Act (No. 7 of 2007), and its regulations of 2012.
