The proposed Mixed-Use Township Development is located on Portion 117 of the Farm of Henties Bay Townland No. 133, south of Henties Bay, Namibia. Key components of the project include: Residential areas: Housing options ranging from single-family homes to apartments, with integrated parks and green spaces. Commercial and retail spaces: Shops, offices, and service areas designed to support local businesses and provide employment. Recreational and community facilities: Public parks, sports facilities, and community centers for social interaction and well-being. Infrastructure: Modern utilities, including roads, water supply, sewage, and electricity, with a focus on sustainability through eco-friendly technologies. The project aims to provide quality housing, foster economic growth, and ensure environmental sustainability, creating a vibrant and self-sustaining community.
