The proponent intends to continue with the retail fuel supply operations on the northern side of the junction between the Auas Road and the Western Bypass, south east of the Eros Airport. The Environmental Regulations procedure (GN 30 of 2012) stipulates that no fuel depot or service may be established without an environmental clearance certificate. As such, an environmental clearance certificate must be applied for in accordance with regulation 6 of the 2012 environmental regulations. The proponent intends to renew the current certificate.
