The ECC is a crucial factor in securing funding for our small-medium manufacturing enterprise startup. Our vision is to start small but achieve great things. We are motivated by our mission to establish a local and innovative manufacturing company and become pioneers in our field. Our goal is to expand our business and become a leading manufacturing company in Namibia, creating numerous job opportunities for the local community. In order to bring this vision to life, I am currently in search of a suitable warehouse space. My ideal location is Lafrenz in the industrial area of Windhoek, Namibia. This location offers convenient access to major highways, allowing for efficient distribution of our products. It is also strategically situated near local suppliers and distributors, which happens to be my current place of work. This proximity will enable us to source raw materials efficiently and deliver finished products with ease. Furthermore, the availability of skilled technical workers in the region and the competitive leasing rates have played a significant role in influencing my decision. By leasing an established small warehouse measuring 300m² in Lafrenz, we are setting ourselves up for success and positioning ourselves for growth.
